Nathan Shaw, of Missouri Mushrooms and More, LLC, shares this delicious recipe for use of his oyster mushrooms.
Step 1: Preheat skillet on medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. of your choice of butter or oil.
Step 2: Add minced garlic to the skillet.
Step 3: Add 1/2 pound of chopped oyster mushrooms and stir/mix them around to get them to start absorbing the garlic buttery mixture. Then top with desired level of salt.
Step 4: Cook for around 10 minutes or to your desired level of golden crispy mushroomy goodness.
