Nathan and Hubert Shaw started selling their specialty culinary mushrooms at the Columbia Farmers Market in 2016. Starting in a small partitioned space in a basement growing only oyster Mushrooms, they rapidly expanded to larger and larger self-built growing facilities.
Nowadays they are functioning out of a 2,500 sq. ft. indoor facility with multiple partitioned off grow rooms, focusing on cultivating delicious Oyster, Shiitake, and Lion’s Mane mushrooms!
Previously functioning under the name The Grow Bros Natural Farmers, they have recently changed their name to Missouri Mushrooms and More, LLC. They very much enjoy the Columbia Farmers Market and look forward to providing their customers with delicious culinary mushrooms for many years to come.
