Optional additions/toppings:
Combine all ingredients, except butter, into a large bowl and fold in ingredients.
Heat large skillet with butter on medium heat until melted.
Cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown on each side. Air bubbles in the mix will indicate to you when to flip.
