2 slices of watermelon
Balsamic reduction
1/4 cup of feta or goat cheese
3 or more Basil leaves
1/2 cup Pistachios
Cut watermelon into desired pieces, chop pistachios and slice spinach.
Top watermelon with spinach, cheese, pistachios, basil and salt.
Drizzle balsamic reduction however you please, enjoy!
