Sweet Potatoes with Turmeric, Honey, and Pepita Seeds

Ingredients
2 sweet potatoes
3 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp cinnamon turmeric paste
1/2 tsp honey
1/4 cup toasted pepita seeds
Pinch salt
instructions
Dice sweet potatoes into 2″ cubes and toss in a bowl with oil, salt and cinnamon turmeric paste. Set the oven to 400′ and bake for 20-30minutes or until potatoes are crispy. Drizzle with honey and top with pepita seeds and a pinch of salt.
