The peach line is always worth the wait! Bite into them fresh or wait a bit longer and try grilling them with this recipe. Peaches are packed with vitamin C, vitamin A and fiber to fuel your body!
Ingredients
2 peaches
8 oz. tub of cool whip, frozen
2 tablespoons of oil or butter
2 tablespoons of granola
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of diced pistachios
Optional additions/toppings:
Zinnia flowers
Powdered sugar
Beet puree
instructions
Turn grill to high heat.
Slice peaches in half and remove the pit.
Paint flesh side of the peach with oil or melted butter.
Place flesh side on the hot grill and cook for 45 seconds – 1 minute.
Remove from the grill and top with some frozen whip cream, honey, pistachios and optional toppings.
