Celery is a great vegetable that is very versatile and adds fiber, folate and vitamin C to your dishes. This stir fry side has great flavor and texture, that it might just become the main dish! Easy and quick to make during the week or weekend.
Ingredients
1 stalk celery
2 cups shiitake mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp soy sauce or liquid aminos
instructions
Slice celery at an angle until you have 2 cups. Thinly slice mushrooms and dice garlic.
Heat a cast iron with high heat and oil.
Once oil is hot, add mushrooms first and cook for 1 minute. Let sit and stir once.
Add in celery, soy sauce or liquid aminos and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes, let sit and stir occasionally.
