Shiitake, Celery, and Carrot Stir Fry

Allen and Mandy share this recipe as a delicious way to utilize their Shiitake mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Half a pound of Shiitake mushrooms
  • Celery
  • Carrots
  • Fresh garlic

instructions

  1. Prepare celery and carrots by peeling and cutting.
  2. Dice up several cloves of fresh garlic.
  3. Score and trim a half pound of Shiitake mushrooms.
  4. Add a little high heat cooking oil to a large skillet or Wok.
  5. On fairly high heat, vigorously stir fry the vegetables, first adding salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add Shiitake mushrooms and a little water, cooking several more minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
