Take your beautiful long beans and snap them into 1-2 inch pieces. Rinse them off and soak them in an ice bath for 10 minutes. This will keep them crisp while cooking. Heat your cast iron with oil or lard on high heat, then pat your beans dry and add them in. Let them sit and saute for 1 minute. Then stir in your garlic, ginger, and soy sauce/liquid aminos. Cook for an additional minute and serve with a pinch of salt and sliced almonds or chopped peanuts on top. Enjoy!
