Heat the oven to 400′. Take your rutabaga and remove the outside skin with a knife or peeler. Then slice the rutabaga into 1/2inch rectangles that resemble fries. Toss the fries into an ice bath for 5-10 minutes to remove starch. Drain water and pat dry. Coat fries with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread evenly on a cooking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy. Blend ingredients for the sauce in a blender until smooth. Top rutabaga fries with a pinch of salt, pepper (extra parm if you want) and serve with dipping sauce.
