Mint Radish Salad

Ingredients

2 cups radishes, sliced

1/2 lemon

1/4 cup pistachios, chopped

2 tsp honey

2 tsp olive oil

1 bunch of mint, chopped

instructions

In a bowl, add radishes and olive oil. Squeeze juice from the lemon over the radishes and add mint. Drizzle with honey and pistachios. Serve and enjoy!
