Kohlrabi & Dill Dip

Kohlrabi is a cruciferous vegetable and has the texture of a hardy radish and the light taste of cabbage. This crazy vegetable is full of fiber, folate and vitamin C. Kohlrabi is great eaten raw but when paired with a protein and fat, it can actually keep you fuller longer!

Ingredients

  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • Pinch salt/pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch packet seasoning
  • Fresh dill, chopped

instructions

  1. Cut kohlrabi into slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk together Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning and fresh dill.
  3. Serve kohlrabi with dip and enjoy!
