Steve Moeller, of Lone Cottonwood Farm, shares this delicious Grilled Ahi Tuna recipe.
Mix honey, soy sauce, and wasabi paste together in a bowl. Increase wasabi paste as desired. Marinate covered tuna with sauce for 1 hour. Remove steaks and roll in sesame seeds until fully coated. Cook on very hot grill, 1 minute per side. When done, meat should be pink in the middle.
