Ingredients
- 3-5 scapes
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan
- 1/4 cup of salted cashews, halves or whole
instructions
- Cut the bottom end and bulb off of the scape, use the middle for pesto.
- Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy with burgers, veggies, eggs, pizza and more!
