Wash and de-stem kale. Tear kale into bite sized pieces. Drizzle with oil and massage kale, then toss with your garlic salt and pepper, or your favorite seasonings. Cook in the oven at 400′ or until crispy (about 7 minutes) or pan fry on high heat until crispy (5-7 minutes). Squeeze fresh lemon juice over kale and enjoy!
