


Slice your brats into 2 inch discs. You will heat up your lard/oil in a skillet until hot and add your pork. Let one side cook and crisp up for 2 minutes and then flip to the other side and do the same until done. De-seed your persimmons and mash in a small bowl until smooth. Plate up your pork and drizzle them with the persimmon mash. Top with chives, salt and serve!
