I encourage you to give brussel sprouts a second chance if you don’t like them! There’s lots of ways to prepare this veggie other than boiling them. Brussel sprouts are little balls of fiber and potassium that can taste good I promise!
1 lb brussels sprouts, halved
4-6 bacon strips
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Balsamic reduction
Pinch salt/pepper
Heat oven to 400′.
Cover a sheet pan with tin foil and place bacon on the sheet.
Cook for 10-15 minutes or until bacon and brussels are crispy.
Remove tray from the oven and sprinkle with brown sugar and dried cranberries and a drizzle of balsamic reduction.
Place back in the oven to cook for 1-2 minutes for flavors to blend together.
