Bok Choy with Ginger and Garlic
Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 medium bok choy
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce or liquid aminos
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
instructions
- Roughly chop bok choy, dice garlic, and microplane ginger.
- Heat a cast iron or large skillet on high heat with oil until hot.
- Add bok choy, soy sauce or liquid aminos, garlic, and ginger to your skillet. Cook for 2 minutes, letting sit and stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
