Bok Choy with Ginger and Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 large or 2 medium bok choy
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce or liquid aminos
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger

instructions

  1. Roughly chop bok choy, dice garlic, and microplane ginger.
  2. Heat a cast iron or large skillet on high heat with oil until hot.
  3. Add bok choy, soy sauce or liquid aminos, garlic, and ginger to your skillet. Cook for 2 minutes, letting sit and stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
