Pork:
2 pork chops
3 tablespoons Italian dressing
1 teaspoon sea salt
Blue cheese
Cooked Bacon
Blueberry Reduction
1 cup blueberries
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
Marinate pork chops in Italian dressing overnight or for 20 minutes.
For the blueberry reduction, heat a small pot to high heat and add water, blueberries, and sugar.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes, whisk occasionally until thickened.
Serve pork chops with blueberry reduction on top, blue cheese and bacon.
