Beets are beautiful & quite good for you! Full of fiber & folate, these beets will turn up your health for the better.
1 beet
2 cloves roasted garlic
1 1/2 cups rinsed chickpeas (garbanzo beans are the same as chickpeas)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Pinch salt/pepper
2 ice cubes (helps keep hummus smooth)
Optional toppings/additions:
Radishes
Dill
Blend on high for 2-3 minutes or until smooth
