Apples are great eaten raw but when paired with protein and fat, they can actually keep you fuller longer! Try this recipe and know that apples are a good source of carbohydrates and fiber for our bodies.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or nut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of granola or nuts

Optional additions/toppings:

  • Blueberries
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon
  • Turmeric
  • Coconut

instructions

  1. Cut apple into slices, top with peanut butter and granola or add to the side for dipping.
  2. Add optional additions if you wish and enjoy!
