1 apple
1 tablespoon of peanut butter or nut butter
2 tablespoons of granola or nuts
Optional additions/toppings:
Blueberries
Honey
Cinnamon
Turmeric
Coconut

Cut apple into slices, top with peanut butter and granola or add to the side for dipping.
