Crockpot Wagyu Roast

Ingredients
  • 1 2-3 lb Wagyu Roast
  • 4 celery stalk organic, diced
  • 4 Yukon gold potatoes diced
  • 4-5 carrots organic, diced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • other roasting vegetables of your choice
  • 2 cans beef consomme or broth

  • 1 2-3 lb Wagyu Roast
  • 4 celery stalk organic, diced
  • 4 Yukon gold potatoes diced
  • 4-5 carrots organic, diced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • other roasting vegetables of your choice
  • 2 cans beef consomme or broth
Instructions
  1. Pour broth and diced vegetables into a crockpot. Season thawed Wagyu roast and place on top of vegetables. Drizzle roast with organic olive oil and cover. Cook on high for 30-45 minutes per pound.
