CANDY APPLE SALAD

Ingredients
  • 4 cups chopped apple
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 8 ounces can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup salted dry roasted peanuts chopped

  • 4 cups chopped apple
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 8 ounces can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup salted dry roasted peanuts chopped
Instructions
  1. Mix flour, sugar, and pineapple with juice, egg, and apple cider vinegar together in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until it is thickened. Cool. Make sure it is completely cooled before folding mixture into cool whip. Then fold in chopped apple and ½ cup of peanuts. Sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top of the salad.
