Oscar J. Wilcox, of Oscar Jay’s Gourmet Pies, shares a recipe for chocolate pecan pie. He also sells a special version of this pie at the market.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat eggs, sugar, salt, margarine, and syrup with a hand beater. Stir in the pecans and chocolate chips. Pour mixture into the pie shell.
